Self-Service Phone Change For EPIC Accounts
Before you can reset your own Epic password,
Verify that your Community Health account has been registered with Microsoft Authenticator.
The reset process will not succeed until this step is completed
If you are re-registering a new phone for Microsoft Authenticator:
Please delete the MNHC account from the Microsoft Authenticator app
on your new phone first.
If you don’t remove it, the re-registration will fail.
