Need to Set Up Desktop File Sync with Computer 

Quick Troubleshooting Steps

Check Power – Make sure the device is powered on (see image below).
Reconnect USB-C – Unplug the USB-C cable from the laptop and plug it back in firmly.
Restart Docking Station – Turn it off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

 

 

You should only need one cable to connect your laptop to the docking station.
